We believed that by offering highest level of lingerie at affordable prices we are introducing many more consumers to brands like La Perla, than even factory boutiques. The response was overwhelming and soon ART de FEMME was operating two on-line stores and serving thousands of retail customers and dealers in over 40 countries. The secret of our success is in the fact that we are all passionate about products we sell. We do not carry many brands because we are totally dedicated to the ones we do sell. SHIPPING
All orders are shipped as soon as possible and normally within 24 hours. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.
We offer several shipping methods for our customers and all for flat-rate fees. The more you buy – the more you save! Shipping fees are not refundable. Optional DHL shipping is also available. Please e-mail us for a quote.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within USA and APO/FPO addresses):
All packages include USPS Delivery Confirmation at no additional charge.
- USPS Priority Mail ($5.75 – flat rate) - items arrive within 2-7 business days
- USPS Express Mail ($19.00 – flat rate) - items arrive within 1-2 business days
SHIPPING to CANADA:
- USPS Global Priority Mail - $9.50 flat rate
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (all countries except USA and Canada)
- USPS Global Priority Mail – $15.00 flat rate
All customs duties are responsibility of the customer.
INSURANCE
Insurance is not required. However, we strongly encourage customers to insure their orders as ART de FEMME cannot be held liable for packages lost by shipping carrier. All packages insured by DSI.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchange policy: WE OFFER EXCHANGES ONLY! No credit card refunds will be issued. You are welcome to exchange any items within 14 days of receipt of the item. Our Exchange department must receive the items within 14 days.
Note: Gifts purchased between November 10th and December 24th will have until January 10th of the following year to be received by our Exchange department.
We recommend insuring the value of the package and choosing an appropriate shipping method to ensure timely delivery by our Exchange department. Any items received after these time frames are subject to be returned to the sender at sender's expense.
Every item shipped is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be exchanged.
If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense. We cannot accept exchanges on hosiery, fragrance products or special and customized orders.

You may choose to arrange for an exchange at this time or you may opt for a merchandise credit, which is redeemable within one year of original purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be credited.
SAFE PAYMENT
The official currency of the ART DE FEMME web site is the US Dollar (USD).
The exchange rate for all other countries besides USA depends on your Bank.
Payment of the ordered products can be made only online through the secure server of PayPal. Please note: Paypal account is not required.
This payment system ensures secure transactions, since all financial information goes directly to PayPal which guarantees the security of online transactions.
